My Services begin with fully understanding your families needs, followed by drafting your ideal candidate. I then source, interview and evaluate matches. Once you have spoken to a few different candidates and have selected your favorite, I set up an in-person, paid trial period where you can get to know your potential nanny on a deeper level. When the trial period comes to an end, you will have the chance to offer them the position, or start a trial period with a new candidate.

In addition to the screening process, I will run a background check, call references, draft contracts, negotiate changes, refer payroll services and help your future nanny complete paperwork/prep for their new role.
